Free trial ACDSee Photo Editor 20

I just purchased ACD Photo Editor v3.1 and am running it on Windows XP Home Edition.
I bought it because the box says "remove flaws and scratches from old or damaged photos".
But I cannot find a tool or wizard that addresses the problem of scratches... the closest thing
seems to be remove noise, which makes the scratches look better, but they're still there.
The manual doesn't appear to mention scratches, nor does the online info...
