Everyone seems to know how to put frames around their
pictures before posting, except for me :-(
I have CS2 and would love some help.

The way I do it is this: I use the "Frame Size" menu, and I increase the
relative frame size of my picture. Before that, I select a black background color so my
frame will be black. I then type my signature on the frame. You will need to experiment
with what you like most, and there might be some more savvy ways of doing this...
