Ok, I tried using the ProPhoto RGB when I edited my last series of RAW photo's, I saved it
like I normally would and then today I went to host them online and all the colors
appeared very muted. When I look at them on my computer they look bold and perfect just
how I want them. What is it I am doing wrong? Will this happen if I take them to get
prints?

I'm not extremely familar with ProPhoto RGB but even with Adobe RGB, the images look flat
and grey when taken outside of photoshop. You should really use sRGB if you're putting
them up on the web. When you're all done editing in ProPhoto RGB, save it for a print
version and then make a copy to size down and convert the profile to sRGB for web viewing.
