According to the site, if anyone is thinking of buying PS Elements you can get a copy of elements 3 when you purchase a wacom tablet. There are a couple of other software titles included as well, but you would spend about 100. on the software itself this way you get more for your money.

Wacom tablets are a fun tool to use when editing, I am still learning to use mine.

Well, I did not use the copy either but for people who are using a free software or other they are not happy with and would like elements its a good benefit. You get the wacom and software to boot for about the cost of the software alone.
There seems to be enough people here looking at PSCS and Elements trying to determine which they should buy, and odds of them already having a wacom would be slight.
