Photoshop edit and reduce noise
I'm not very familiar with this software as of yet. I'm running it on my iMac G5. I was
curious if there was any way to reduce noise in a photo.

See the thread just below this one called "Noise reduction in P.S." Everything
in the full Photoshop also applies to Elements 3.0. In summary your best bet is a 3rd
party noise reducing program; the most popular are Noiseware and Noise Ninja. I've bought
both of them, and they're probably equally good despite some minor differences. The noise
reduction options in Elements (and in Photoshop CS2) are subpar compared with the third
party programs.

places very strong watermarks that no one can remove. Your digital images will be
effectively protected from unauthorized use.
IrfanView is a free photo editor
Another good free photo editor is IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com). This software is
for Windows computers only, but it is supported by Windows 95/98/Me/2000/NT and XP, so
it's a good option for those with an older computer. Reviews at CNet give IrfanView an
identical rating to The GIMP. It is simple to install and use, and you can use IrfanView
to cut, crop and perform other basic editing tasks. IrfanView is mainly a photo viewer,
though you can also create slide shows.

Can you use all of the techniques to fix this image?
Crop it to get rid of the boy in the red pants on the left, the elbow on the right, and
some of the ground in front.
Put the woman wearing a purple dress in an image by herself.
Use the rubber stamp to remove the little boy in the shadows to the right, the woman in
the purple dress, and the shadow on the ground in front of the children..
Finally adjust the exposure as you see fit.
Can you find a way to use the magic want tool to combine the exterior from one photo with
the interior from the other? You may want to explore possibilities of the Select menu
